Long live AIESEC!

I can't believe that I have a blog and never talked about AIESEC! Well, what can I say about AIESEC? It has introduced me to the most openminded and nicest people in the world. Im proud to say that I have a few really close friends whom I either met through AIESEC or who joined AIESEC with me...so it has brought alot of great people together for a great cause, which is to promote cultural understanding and to encourage you to be a proactive person. They do that through many conferences and events plus sending you abroad on trainingships to other countries that have an AIESEC branch. Its just a great idea! And this "club" has been active for a really long time now. I just wanna say to all you AIESECers that I appreciate you and thank you for teaching me so much. You have all touched my life and I really miss you all.

DREAMPARK: Awaken the child within

I always love going to dreampark! Its the time you get to act like a child and its totally ok! Last friday I went with my coworkers and it was great! It broke the ice between a lot of us, which makes the working environment more comfortable. They are just hilarious! We screamed our butts off on the rollercoaster and on top spin. I just wanted to thank all you guys for making the outing happen and hopefully there will be more outings soon! And for the rest of you out there....take your coworkers or friends or even family to a theme park (the older you are the better). You cannot imagine the relief you feel when you just act like an excited child for a day...

Fadi and Monda's Wedding!

Yesterday I attended the wedding of Fadi & Monda (2 people from work) with my colleagues. We had a great time! It was outdoors which was a nice change from the typical hotel ballrooms...except for the humidity! The girls suffered from that (hair went poof!). But we danced the night away just the same and everyone became hyper. The people from work are just a fun bunch! I mean everyone is so different and so funny in their own way. I loved it :) Im just very lucky to be able to work with such a nice group of people. The bride and groom looked gorgeous! They were glowing and really enjoying their wedding, which is always great to see! 3obalna kolinna!

Marian and Rami's Wedding

Yesterday my friend Marian married Rami. The night started in St. Marks Church in heliopolis at 8:30 where we witnessed the wedding ceremony. Marian was gorgeous and smiling from cheek to cheek. Rami was nervous but thrilled just the same. Then came the wedding reception and that was one big party! We danced the night away...literally! I was home at 5am! The majority of the songs were Arabic and I usually dont dance to Arabic songs...but yesterday I just out did myself! I never sat down! I just had a good time dancing and hanging out with friends that I had missed. I wish Marian and Rami all the best and I will really miss them (they are moving to Dubai after their honeymoon). Love you Marian and will miss having you around but I know you will be very happy in Dubai with Rami...I couldnt think of a better person for you!
