Hacker episode 2!

Ok, so after spending a day of being unable to access my msn nor my hotmail account I decided to open a new msn and hotmail account and to just forget what happened. Then, surprise surprise, I get to work and the pc logs me into my old account as if nothing happened! With my old password and everything...so I started becoming suspicious. I had a feeling that whoever did this was this weird guy who had added me then when I discovered he was someone I didnt know I blocked and deleted him. I had a feeling that this may have aggrevated him but to push him to hack me...didnt think so...but again surprise surprise when I logged into my old account there was the weird guy back on my list! So I now knew who had done this...so I get on my hotmail account and change my password, secret question, everything. Then once I made sure I was safe I decided to chat with this idiot. I said "thanks for hacking my account" and he said "thanks for hacking it or giving it back to you". How aggrevating and annoying is that??!! Anyway to cut a long story short, he thought it was annoying that I blocked and deleted him so he decided to hack me to get revenge, plus he threatened to hack me again. This annoyed the hell out of me! He couldnt hack me again but him just being so proud of himself got me mad. So the IT people at work called the police station, computer intelligence section and sent the IP address and everything to them. Then I went to the police station and filed a complaint there and they told me they'd monitor the hacker. I don't know if filing this complaint will do anything but at least I did my part.
